These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RealtorAI (the "Service"), operated by Jamal Abdul Nasir, a sole proprietor doing business as "RealtorAI" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RealtorAI provides software tools for real estate agents and brokerages, including an AI-assisted chat widget, lead management (CRM), listing description generation, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). We are based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@realtorai.pkedu.site if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers (currently Solo, Team, and Brokerage), each with different features and pricing as described on our pricing page. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial unless you are notified otherwise at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin using the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly (or otherwise stated) basis and automatically renew until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing page or via the customer portal link provided by FastSpring. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as listing descriptions and chat responses. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., listing data, client information), but grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including but not limited to FastSpring for payments, and cloud infrastructure and AI model providers) to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction. [Update this clause once you relocate and re-register the business in Canada — it should then reference your new province instead.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-app notification). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
