This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through RealtorAI (the "Service"), operated by Jamal Abdul Nasir. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the start of your selected plan's billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Because you retain full access to the Service for the entirety of any period you've been billed for, we do not provide prorated refunds for cancelling partway through a billing period — your access simply continues until the end of that period and will not renew afterward.
We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:

Email support@realtorai.pkedu.site with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we're generally able to resolve billing issues faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, always applies to purchases made after that date.
